TapNex acts as a service provider for event organizers. It is not responsible for organizing events itself. TapNex provides a ticketing platform that connects event organizers with customers seeking event tickets.
2. User Requirements
Age Requirement
Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services.
Account Information
Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep their account information updated.
3. Ticketing and Access
- Tickets are issued digitally via QR codes and email confirmation
- Tickets are valid only for the specific event, date, and time purchased
- Entry may be denied for invalid tickets or failure to present required identification
4. Event Changes and Liability
Important Liability Information
- • TapNex is not responsible for event changes, cancellations, or postponements
- • Refunds are subject to the individual event organizer's policies
- • TapNex has limited liability and is not responsible for injuries at events
- • We are not liable for organizer non-performance or technical failures
5. Payments and Prohibited Conduct
Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through third-party gateways. TapNex does not store payment information.
Prohibited Activities
Tampering with tickets, unauthorized reselling, and fraudulent activities are strictly prohibited.
6. Policy Governance
These terms are subject to change, and continued use of the platform implies acceptance. The terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes handled by Indian courts.
