Understanding our refund and cancellation policies for ticket purchases

General Refund Policy

All ticket sales through TapNex are generally final and non-refundable for user-initiated reasons such as:

  • Change of personal plans or schedule conflicts
  • Personal emergencies or unforeseen circumstances
  • Travel restrictions or inability to attend
  • Duplicate or accidental purchases

Event-Initiated Changes

Refunds may be available for the following event organizer-initiated situations:

  • Complete event cancellation by the organizer
  • Significant venue changes that affect the event experience
  • Major date/time changes (organizer discretion)
  • Government-mandated cancellations or restrictions

Important Notice

For event-initiated changes, refunds are subject to the individual event organizer's specific refund policy. TapNex will facilitate communication between organizers and ticket holders but does not guarantee refunds for organizer decisions.

Refund Process & Timeline

Processing Time

  • Refund approval: 3-5 business days
  • Bank processing: 5-10 business days
  • Total timeline: Up to 15 business days

  • Original booking confirmation
  • Registered email address
  • Payment transaction details
